Next scenic stop....and lychees

This morning we went to checked out of our hotel and placed our luggages at the Taichung railway station. From there, we were bugged by cab drivers while we source for alternatives to Sun Moon Lake. Then we manage to get a cab to drive us there for NT$300. We figured that was worthwhile because the bus ride was NT$270. Journey is about 1.5hrs by cab. Along the way, we went to get 1 huge bag of lychees. Highly recommended because they are fresh from the trees. For NT$100, we get about 1.5KG of lychees which were are still trying to finish.
