High Level Job
I was assigned to go down to one of my office plant and get the 4 LCDs to work. And everything didn't go well for the first 2 days. I thought i could finish it on Wednesday. Day 1, we had to get access to the room, and when i finally went to get a ladder to go up, the system gave me a blue-screen-of-death. To work up there is impossible. So we have to get facilities management, to carry it down. Day 2, i had to reinstall the system from scratch because nobody has the administrator account for the workstation. Then had to install all the system drivers from scratch and thereafter moving the PC back into the ceiling. Day 3, when i got the system running. We had difficulties getting the display to merge into 1. It's like solving a 4 pieced puzzle. And finally just a couple of minutes account, we got it up and running. Still the problem is it is unable to display and form of video or slide show in 1 screen (4 screens merged). But they have accepted the fact, then could load up a single page to display info. Imagine i had to work from the ladder most of the time for the past 3 days. The room is cold and difficult to access but at the end of the day, job done. And it is almost time to go home and enjoy the weekend.
