Just got off the bus from a 45mins bus ride from Jurong and arrived at the temporary bus interchange at Clementi. Noticed these temporary bus interchanges look so good nowadays. I see my bus coming, time to head home.

Home in record breaking time!

I think today is about the fastest i've reached home. Left office at 5:18pm, reached Serangoon MRT at 5:32pm. Of course that comes with a price, more like S$9.20.

Just went to Citibank at AMK hub to enroll my fingerprint with the bank. So in future i can just scan my finger to make payment if should choose to pay via Citibank credit. Was given a Starbucks coffee voucher at the end of the enrollment. But it's time to go back office coz was getting late.

A friend of ours invited us to his flat which he converted into a photo studio. We have models, drinks, pizzas and of course the wonderful company of everyone. Although still bad weather, but we had lotsa fun. Will post my photos later in my next post when i get home later.

After the fireworks, i went back to pick up those minature versions of vodka. Been trying to get that, even back from my previous Taiwan trip but there were not available at the DFS. And surprising i found them at the 7-11 in Raffles Places and One Marina Boulevard. It cost S$7.80 per bottle.

Remember the floating balls in my previous post, now they are lighted up and approaching the stage. Looks like some sort of invasion. Supposedly to look like jellyfishes, but can't figure out how are they related with the NDP theme.

Today 2 of my external harddisks started giving me problems, 1 'died' while the other is showing symptoms of failure, the deadly 'clicking' sound. So went to pick up 2 pieces of 320GB hardddisks to replace the 20GB and 60GB which has followed me for more than 3 years. Well, i guess it's high time to change. Luckily all my data have been backed up frequently so data loss is 0%.

Was on my way home from a wake, got to AMK interchange to catch a bus home. The scenerio is that i have 2 options of buses which will take me home. So how do i know which bus will take me home first? I just remembered both my phones are on unlimited GPRS mobile plan, so what better way is to utilised the services (www.sbstransit.com.sg/mobileiris & GPRS) on both of my phones and obtain the info i need. The power and beauty of technology, how can i (or we) live without them.

The trend to move an average Singaporean is getting around, started off in the airport and then in MRT stations. I just finish my medical appointment and found 1 linking Novena Square and TTSH. Goverment is spending money (tax payers?) well for our convenience and i guess to move lazy bums, like me. Hahaha.

Now in the eastern part of Singapore where the largest Cosplay Convention is held at Downtown East. Check out those costumes! These people really put in the effort and they will pose for photographers because it's one of the ethics of being a cosplayer.
